The terms that govern
your use of CHIS '27.

These Terms of Use govern your access to chis2027.com (the "site") and your participation in the Caribbean Housing & Infrastructure Summit ("CHIS '27"), produced by OPEN Interactive. By using the site or registering for CHIS '27, you agree to these terms.

CHIS '27 is a credentialed summit. Delegate categories include heads of government and government officials, multilateral and development finance principals, institutional investors, operators, sponsors, partners, and accredited press. OPEN Interactive reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to grant, decline, or revoke accreditation, including where the information you provide is incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent with the credential requested.

Credentials are personal and non-transferable. Misuse of credentials, sharing of credentials, or misrepresentation of affiliation may result in immediate revocation without refund and removal from the venue.

Registration is confirmed only upon written confirmation from OPEN Interactive. Where fees apply, they are specified at the point of registration and are payable in the currency and method indicated. Refund eligibility, deadlines, and any administrative fees are set out in your registration confirmation and any program-specific terms referenced therein.

Group, delegation, sponsor, and partnership engagements are governed by separately executed agreements, which prevail over these terms to the extent of any conflict.

The CHIS '27 program — including dates, sessions, speakers, agenda, venue logistics, and on-site experiences — is subject to change. OPEN Interactive will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance but is not liable for changes outside its reasonable control, including changes mandated by health, safety, security, government, or force-majeure conditions.

CHIS '27 is a professional, sovereign-grade convening. All participants are expected to conduct themselves with the discretion, respect, and professionalism appropriate to a heads-of-government and capital-markets environment.

Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, disruption of program elements, or interference with other delegates' participation will not be tolerated. OPEN Interactive may, in its sole discretion, refuse entry to, remove from the venue, or revoke accreditation of any person who violates this code, without refund.

Sessions, networking environments, and venue spaces may be photographed, filmed, recorded, and live-streamed by OPEN Interactive or its authorized media partners. By attending CHIS '27, you consent to your name, likeness, voice, and statements being captured and used in OPEN Interactive and CHIS '27 communications, archives, marketing, and reporting.

Press recording, broadcast, and publication require advance press accreditation. Non-accredited recording of off-the-record sessions or private discussions is prohibited.

The CHIS '27 name, the OPEN Interactive name, the Caribbean Investment Summit franchise marks, and all related logos, designs, content, and program materials are the property of OPEN Interactive or its licensors. Third-party logos and marks are the property of their respective owners.

You may not use any of these marks or materials without the prior written consent of OPEN Interactive, except as expressly permitted (for example, a sponsor or partner using approved CHIS '27 marks within the scope of an executed agreement).

You agree not to scrape, harvest, or systematically download content from the site; impersonate another person or entity; submit false, misleading, or unlawful information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure; or interfere with the site's normal operation.

The site may reference or link to third-party sites, organizations, and content (for example, partner institutions or media coverage). OPEN Interactive does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties.

The site and CHIS '27 are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPEN Interactive disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Statements made by speakers, sponsors, partners, or other delegates are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of OPEN Interactive. Nothing on the site or at CHIS '27 constitutes investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPEN Interactive, its affiliates, and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or your participation in CHIS '27. OPEN Interactive's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to OPEN Interactive in connection with CHIS '27.

You agree to indemnify and hold OPEN Interactive harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your conduct at CHIS '27.

These terms are governed by the laws of Antigua & Barbuda, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Antigua & Barbuda will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, except where OPEN Interactive elects, in its sole discretion, to bring proceedings in another competent jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or participation in CHIS '27 after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
