Press Accreditation

Criteria for working press.

The CHIS '27 press desk credentials journalists, editors, and credentialed researchers covering Caribbean housing policy, infrastructure, real estate, climate resilience, and development finance.
  • Working journalist, editor, or producer at a recognized news organization, broadcaster, or trade publication covering Caribbean affairs, housing policy, infrastructure, real estate, or development finance.
  • Credentialed researcher or analyst at a multilateral institution, think tank, or university with current published work on the relevant policy area.
  • Independent journalist with a portfolio of relevant published work within the last twenty-four months.

Ministerial & Delegation Track

Credentialed access for sovereign delegations.

Ministerial delegations are confirmed through the CHIS '27 Delegations desk in coordination with originating ministries. Allocations include closed working sessions and side-rooms.

For Cabinet Ministers, Permanent Secretaries, and accompanying delegations. Includes access to closed ministerial roundtables and the Day 3 Declaration working session.
